Enhanced Listing Overview

The most targeted form of advertising on Nagpurguide.com is "Enhanced Listing" - of which there are two options—Sponsored and Premium.

When you are logged into NagpurGuide.com, it’s easy to Enhance your listing. Simply go to your “Member Area ” Box then to “My Listings” and select “Make Sponsored” or “Make Premium” below your listing, then follow the steps.

Sponsored Listing enhancements

• Sponsored Listings appear at the top of their category as well as the top of all search results, regardless of a users sorting preferences. We do not allow more than eight Sponsored Listings in any category.
• Sponsored listings may include an 80x60 image (10KB maximum).
• Listing will appear with yellow background. These color schemes will apply everywhere the listing is displayed (i.e. search results, categories, etc.).
• Listing may include up to four screenshots that will appear as thumbnail images that expand to a larger 530x400 image when clicked.
• Listing will include a “Sponsored” icon in the header bar.
• Two lines of text allowed with each screenshot.
• A Sponsored Listing includes all the benefits of a Premium Listing, but a Premium Listing does not include all the benefits of a Sponsored Listing.

Premium Listing enhancements

• Listing will appear with yellow background. These color schemes will apply everywhere the listing is displayed (i.e. search results, categories, etc.).
• Listing may include up to three screenshots that will appear as thumbnail images that expand to a larger 530x400 image when clicked.
• Two lines of text allowed with each screenshot.
• Listing will include a “Premium” icon in the header bar.

Frequently Asked Questions

1. What is the price for an Enhanced Listing?
   Pricing varies depending on the category (amount of traffic, demand, etc.) Please check pricing for your listing in your “My Listings ” section by clicking the “Make Sponsored” or “Make Premium” link.
   
   
2. How do I pay for my Enhanced Listing?
   Currently we have three options for payment
   1. Paypal Account : You can pay for the USD equivalent via your Paypal Account.
   2. Credit Card : The equivalent of Indian Rupees can be paid through International Credit Card
   3. Cheque
   
   
3. When does billing occur?
   The payment will be due after the end of the paid Billing cycle. It may start at any day in that month and will be due the same day after one month , three months or one year depending upon the billing cycle.
   
   
4. How long will my listing remain Enhanced?
   You decide at the time of your order by selecting a renewal period that is either monthly (1 month ) or Quarterly (3 months) or Annually (1 year). For your convenience, we'll email you 10 days in advance before when your listing is due for renewal.
   
   
5. Can my Enhanced Listing be duplicated into multiple categories?
   Only sponsored listings may purchase sponsorship of a single listing in multiple categories.
   
   
6. Can I transfer the Premium or Sponsored status from one listing to another?
   No, transferring the enhanced status from one listing to another is not permitted.
   
   
7. Why is my sponsored listing showing ‘cancelled' in My Account?
   All sponsored listings will now show ‘cancelled' until they are renewed through your ‘My Account' section. However, this has no affect on the original expiration date of your listings.
   
   
8. How do I cancel my Enhanced Listing?
   You can cancel your Enhanced Listing by sending an email or contacting us thru http://help.nagpurguide.com/contactus.html . Cancellation will be effective at the end of your paid billing period. Once cancellation is effective, your listing will go back to regular status . Note: There will be no refunds or prorating for the remainder of the paid billing cycle.
   
   
9. Am I allowed to include images with my Enhanced Listing?
   Premium Listings - May include up to 4 screen shots for the detailed page along with two lines of text for each thumbnail image.
   Sponsored listings - May include up to 4 screen shots for the detailed page along with two lines of text for each thumbnail image.
   
   Sponsored listings also have the option to include an 80x60 image on the listings page.
   
   
10. What image size do I need to submit?
    Premium Listings – 530x400 pixels
    Sponsored Listings –530x400 pixels and 80x60 pixels
    
    It is not necessary to submit a thumbnail image as the system will automatically size down the 371x275 image.
    
    
11. How can I make the thumbnail image appear as the larger 530x400 image?
    By default, the first thumbnail is shown as the large image. Simply click on a different thumbnail to see it as the larger image along with its text.
    
    
12. May I include text?
    We allow text description for both Sponsored and Premium listings. Your text will appear on the detailed page next to each thumbnail image. We allow a maximum of 2 lines of text or approximately 150 characters for the text description.
    
    
13. What is the maximum file size per image?
    25kb for the 530x400 and 10kb for the 80x60
    
    
14. Is animation allowed in the images I submit for my Enhanced Listings?
    Animation is allowed only for the Sponsored Listings 80x60 images.
    
    
15. Why aren’t my images appearing when I’ve already submitted them?
    All images must be approved by a NagpurGuide.com administrator. Please allow up to 48 hours for image approval.
    
    
16. Are there discounts available for multiple Enhanced Listings?
    No. Due to the extremely affordable pricing structure on Enhanced Listings, we do not offer any bulk discounts for Enhanced Listings .
    
    
17. How will the charge appear on my credit card statement?
    Charges on your credit card statement will be from “KKE INFO ”, the parent company of NagpurGuide.com.
