 VCIRIA declared best Chapter of the year.

The Maharashtra State Branch of Indian Radiological and Imaging Association (VCIRIA) as the best chapter in the state for the year 2006-07.The decision was announced by Dr Ravi Rananavare and Dr Jigesh Thakker,President and Secretary respectively of the state branch.
They have applauded the sincere efforts of Dr Harish Chandak and Dr Prakash Onkar,President and Secretary respectively of the VCIRIA.The association will be presented with an award and a citation in this regard at the regional conference in 2007.
The honour has come in recognition of various activities conducted by the VCIRIA during the year.These included a cardiac imaging and chest radiology CME,CME of paediatric,obstetrics.
Ultrasonography and vascular coulours Doppler,quiz,live CT and USG workshop,resident education course of head,neck and face radiology,paper presentation contest for radiology residents,sensitization programmes for undergraduates and interns on frmale foeticide.
The association also brought out the first ever telephone directory of members.
Dr Kishor Taori,National Vice-President and many senior radiologist from Vidarbha have congratulated the team.
