I HAD BOOKED 3 TICKETS FROM NAGPUR TO ABAD ON 24/06/11,FOR 28/06/11 THRU SHREE HANDA TRAVELS. AFTER CONTACTING YOUR NAGPUR CITY OFFICE THEY ISSUED ME SLPR NO 7,8,11 WITH CONFIRM TICKETS. TO MY SURPRISE THERE WAS NO ENTRY OF MY NAME ON YOUR CHART ON JOURNEY DATE. AFTER LONG DISCUSSIONS WE COULD GET THE LAST AVAILABLE SLPRS AT THE BACK WHICH LITERALLY SPOILED OUR TOUR JUST BECAUSE OF NEGLIGENCE OF YOUR PEOPLE .as PRECAUTIONARY MEASURE I TELEPHONED ON JOURNEY DATE AT 18.00 HRS TO THE GIVEN NO, IT WAS INFORMED TO ME THAT YOUR BOOK9INGS ARE CONFIRMED WITH KHURANA TRAVELS 2030 BUS, WHAT WENT WRONG WITHIN 3 HOURS?PLZ INVESTIGATE WHOSE MISTAKE WAS THIS ? AND COMMUNICATE ME IMMEDIETELY ELSE I WILL COMPLAIN TO RTO IN THIS MATTER.

we have booked 2 tickit for kolhapur 26/5 yr bus failed after 7km mahur and we reached 11.30pm in place of 11AM kolhapur due to delay we lost our appointment with our clint and stay 3 days more we loos 9000/- due to failure of yr service and poor co opration at nanded office BM not available their and after spoken Mr Lalit we can start with very poor service.

I tried to contact for the first time on the phone no given on the website but unfortunately the number belongs to some consultant company, how could that be possible????

My Self Vishal, I was start journey from Volvo Slipper bus from Nagpur to Aurangabad at night 10.00 PM, on date 1st Oct’10
That Bus was failed after Jalna at 6.30 AM around, and those is big surprise to me that your people told us get down from bus & take another bus for your destination as own,
So we took anther bus won with our own money, no help from your people ….
They don’t help us, but this is your responsibilities to help us to send our destination
Additionally customer service in office & bus both is highly rude, arrogant & shameless Kurana executive doesn’t bother customer any more, there language is so bad.
I would like the tell you are really most bus service provider but due to your people behavior we don’t want to take your service, rather than Sani, Prasana, etc. service & people behavior is good
Please take this account,
I hope you will take as positive, & improve your people
Really we would like to see a professional service from Kurana Travels

they dont attand phone call seriously also their above phone number is out of order
