I had watched 4 movies at this cinema hall, though this hall is not considered as a multiplex, as for multiplex it has to be minimum 3 screens and above. The parking is very, very congested. The persons manning the parking does not have the manners to deal with the patrons. The checking staff at the main entrace are very rude and rough. The Unit Manager should look into these matters otherwise after some time the complaints will be published in local daily's also. Overall it is better to watch the movies in other multiplex as well as reputed single screens rather than wasting the money at this cinema hall.

Very recently I had the opportunity to watch a new hindi movie at this theatre, even after paying Rs.90/- for the Gold class the AC was not working in left corner and the refuel counter was closed in the Screen 2 which was an inconvenience to all the patrons, house keeping was not upto the mark. I suggest the management should reduce the ticket rates also. Over all I was not impressed with the theatre, as i feel that it is better for everybody to watch the movies in other plexes i.e. Cinemax & Inox instead of wasting their hard earned money at this theatre.

went to see Sajjanpur on 24/9/08 10 pm show. Person at ticket counter did not tell about 40/- ticket even after asking. Charged Rs. 60 and did not give tickets. PLEASE NOTE
