This multiplex is going to enter its 2nd year and my experience says that still the Call Centres Staff Members are not well conversant about its own management i.e. when anybody wants to know the email id, instead of the mail id they use to give the website address and whenever any patron insists for a particular seat no or row everytime it has been denied by the call centre staffs saying it is already full. During intervals the service is not satisfactory in the refuel counters due to short of staffs, which results in arguements most of the time. The Unit Manager should look into these matters immediately, as inspite of informing him on telephone as well as sending mails there is no improvement in the service.

it is a bit difficult to book movie tickets online. please make it a bit convinient for us.

the theatre is dam beautyful....with great interiors....a sweet n soothing atmosphere..
